SHIPPING POLICIES

Your package is shipped as soon as your order arrives.
Usually this means that the courier will pick up your package the day after you make your purchase, if the order arrived before 2:00 p.m.
You will find a grid with the various shipping costs and thresholds for free shipping.

EU: 10,00€

RETURN POLICIES

You may request a return for any product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at: brugnolishop@gmail.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Product name

- Photo of the defect, if any

Return costs will be covered by the buyer and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. If listed as new with a label, these should not be removed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You can choose to be refunded directly on the payment method you paid for your order with, or if you want you can receive a Gift Card with the amount of your order.

If you would like a refund, once we receive the returned item, it will be refunded credit to your original payment method within 3 days.

If you would like in-store credit, a Gift Card will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
